“We drove ourselves. Semi valet parking, check in was like everything else with lots of people. Crowded but organized. In my very humble opinion, this was OUR party boat. It didn’t seem like many other people wanted to party but with the good music my husband and I danced and drank the entire way. Husband said snorkeling was a bit rushed and there wasn’t much to see (I didn’t do it). Buffet was decent. Understanding that all boats stop at this location, their purpose is quantity over quality. I’m not mad about it. I had tortillas, spaghetti and chicken. Just what I needed to keep me going for the party…”

They made the entire group uncomfortable because they were not happy with the tip, even though it wasn’t my group that didn’t tip well. The captain took his hat and was asking other members “that’s it?”, “thats my service was to you?” It just made everything unpleasant and uncomfortable. He ended up not helping us all off the…”

These cancellations caused us to lose two days of our week long vacation.”

“I had been with friends before, this time i wasnt impressed, had spent over £500 for a family of 6, but the bridge where u’d take beautiful photos was closed, as a family of 6 we only had one sharing platter between us whereas depending on where u sat at the table, other groups of 6 had 2 sharing platters, and the stop to get off the boat, last time there was a full on band playing on stage, was magical, this time was a guy with a headset doing dance moves for people to follow to.. not pleased.”

“Went to KUZÁ to try the new beach. The beach was very nice with exception beach has a lot of rocks and shells in the water so I would suggest to bring water shoes. The food was fantastic. Now the drinks on the other hand were not very good. Beers were good they couldnt mess that up but the drinks tasted bad the strawberry daiquiri tasted like an orange drink just all the drinks for we’re off in the taste. I don’t know they could improve that. But the beach was big and plenty of chairs for everyone. I would give it a Five Star, but they need to improve…”
