“Great tour! Offering was clearly advertised, ride pickup from our hotel was communicated multiple times. We lucked out and had a perfect weather day. Snorkle and soak time was just enough. The boat crew was very fun, attentive, and gave tips on how to explore the island once we got there. Lunch provided was more than we'd expected and better than many other tours we've experienced.”

“We were happy to have reserved comfortable reserved couch seating through the Viator ticket purchase. However, the place was very crowded. Probably due to a lot of flight cancellations from recent winter weather issues. The food was good and we appreciated the airline information screens. However the regular TV screens just stayed on the golf channel which was boring. Instead the tv should be on BBC or other international news channel.”

“Carlos our tour guide was great! The pick up and drop off was prompt and professional. Carlos took great care of us throughout the day. He gave us a lot of information about Chichen itza. He was very kind, personable, and informative. We would definitely take a tour with him again. The only knock I have is with the Office. The communication was a bit sketchy. They were supposed to send us contact information, etc. and they never did so we weren’t quite sure how the pick up would go, but Carlos was there on time and again took real good care of us through out the day!”

“We just finished this tour a few hours ago. Our crew was Little Turtle, Pork Chop and Leo. They were fun and great at their jobs. We snorkeled at three different spots of different depths and finished by going to a sandbar to stand in the water and have our food. Getting to swim down to see the many starfish up close was really interesting. We didn't see any turtles on this trip but three rays hung around us on the sandbar swimming around us as we ate. We had also seen a couple during our snorkeling. That part was really amazing. We've seen turtles before but seeing the starfishes…”

“our flight was again delayed by 3 hours including waiting one hour for baggage. The team had been monitoring our flight and there was no drama taking us to accommodation and even had 6 cold beers. Excellent service. My plane was delayed 6 hours including waiting NY diue to bad LA weather and Gotransfers said.bad luck and pocketed the whole $250 and had to book another ride at my expense.”

“We had tickets for sunset cruise through Cancun Adventures for Easter Sunday and they cancelled on us the night before. We rescheduled for Monday and checked our emails all day with no notice of cancellation. We waited until 10 minutes passed pickup time and call them just to be told that they had cancelled our cruise yet a second day in a row with no prior notice. These cancellations caused us to lose two days of our week long vacation.”
