Our personal pirate was a bit scatterbrained with orders and also tried to seat us (a group of 7) at dinner, at a table with a family who only had 4 places to sit....The language at times was a bit strong for children (*gosh darn* could be used or "malvado" instead of the actual expletives that were said, just as a suggestion). The food was rather tasty, in actuality. The pictures were fantastic as was the memorabilia picture frame. I would suggest getting the arranged transportation because if we had not, I did not see many taxis at the pier, when we were finished…”

“We had tickets for sunset cruise through Cancun Adventures for Easter Sunday and they cancelled on us the night before. We rescheduled for Monday and checked our emails all day with no notice of cancellation. We waited until 10 minutes passed pickup time and call them just to be told that they had cancelled our cruise yet a second day in a row with no prior notice. These cancellations caused us to lose two days of our week long vacation.”

“I had a wonderful time on this excursion! The driver and guide were wonderful, and made the experience as thorough and thoughtful as possible. We started off the day at 6 am where they provided us with sandwiches and coffee. We then proceed to Chichen Itza and got there right when it opened. There was zero crowd and we got to take amazing pictures, along with a tour. We then went to a family own cenote - one of the prettiest I have ever seen -followed by a traditional meal afterwards. We ended the day at the yellow town, which was also pretty (although not as pretty as the ruins…”

“Ok so this was our third time going to Xplor but this time we took friends and we couldn’t wait to show them the experience. Prices were higher but they have new water slides everyone was very excited about - only thing is: we get there and you MUST have a closed toe shoe for the water slides. Not a damn thing in any of our information said this ahead of time (and as experienced water park attendees - that is not something we’ve come across before). We have attended Xplor twice before and always wore flip flops/sandals just fine or been barefoot for certain attractions. The choice was “buy…”

“It was better than we could have hoped. We had a pirate themed wedding and all my guests said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. I loved that they made my mother feel a part of the show. She is a 67-year-old senior and they were very gentle with her and made her feel welcomed. Some of us were introverts too and they were able to very easily get us involved in the show and have a lot of fun. Everything was amazing including the pirate show, the wedding, the open bar, and the dinner. This was by far the best part of our entire trip.”

“I did this as a solo trip & had the best time. Everything was well coordinated, between the pickup driver and sailing team. The boat was well-kept, with music playing and an open bar. The food is basically charcuterie (shrimp, cold cuts, cheeses & spreads). Daniel was amazing and brought all the vibes, and of course, the sunset over the blue water was magnificent.”

They start off with a few pics prior to boarding the ship. Everyone is very welcoming & quick to offer you a drink. Gustavo, the bartender is quick & busy keeping the drinks flowing. As you depart they have Music playing & a Saxophonist playing out on the deck. I paid for our tickets to include the Steak & Lobster dinner and boy was I surprised. They’re pressed for space as they prepare a full meal on board for you…..but they all work together as…”

“Pros: staff was great, friendly, excellent service. Boat ride was very pleasant. Nice views, etc. Dessert was good. Live saxophone player was nice. Cons: was told to arrive at 5pm for 5:30pm departure. We didn't actually start boarding until 6:15pm or so, missing about 75% of the actual sunset. Food was cooked decently, but very bland. No seasoning or sauce on anything. (We had shrimp skewers, steak, mixed veg and half a potato) A good time all things considered, but a bit over priced.”
