Getting ingredients at the local market is so different than in a commercialized setting; so fresh and colorful. For the class, we made guacamole, chicken enchiladas, quesadilla, and sopas. We pressed our own tortillas with actual masa, made the red cause from scratch and the guacamole was made from all fresh ingredients!
