We waited until 10 minutes passed pickup time and call them just to be told that they had cancelled our cruise yet a second day in a row with no prior notice. These cancellations caused us to lose two days of our week long vacation.”

“Buy the cheapest tickets, we bought gold and we wasn’t given anything that was promised. We had to wait in the queue, didn’t have a table, a private waiter wasn’t available and we wasn’t given our snack or premium drinks. We had a great time and the shows was incredible however we wished we bought the cheapest tickets. We went through Viator/trip advisor to ask for a partial refund to claim for the normal price tickets and they declined. I am currently disputing it though the bank”
