“The day was very long but I’m glad we went. Hugo was our guide and he was funny, and very professional. The bus was very clean and the seats were comfortable and the a/c was perfect. The cenote was really cool and the water inside was quite cold. First time to a cenote and I thought it was pretty cool. “The itinerary was very well coordinated. All information and updates regarding the tour were well communicated via email. We got to visit Chichen Itza, a cenote (+ buffet lunch), and had a tequila tasting in Valladolid. At each stop, there was a guided portion as well as some time to explore on your own. Our guide Hugo was knowledgable and had a great sense of humour. He made the tour quite enjoyable and interesting. Transportation was provided in a modern, air-conditioned bus. Our driver Eduardo made the ride comfortable and got us between destinations in a timely manner. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour!”

“Carlos our tour guide was great! The pick up and drop off was prompt and professional. Carlos took great care of us throughout the day. He gave us a lot of information about Chichen itza. He was very kind, personable, and informative. We would definitely take a tour with him again. The only knock I have is with the Office. The communication was a bit sketchy. They were supposed to send us contact information, etc. and they never did so we weren’t quite sure how the pick up would go, but Carlos was there on time and again took real good care of us through out the day!”

“Chichen Itzà and the Cenote were awesome but the organization was awful! The shuttle came to pick us up at 6:40am as planned but then, they dropped us off in a mall where we had to wait more than 2h!! Then we took another bus and we picked up more people on the side of the road! The first stop was in a tourist place with stuffs to buy and we had lunch without a drink. It was mandatory to buy a drink. A lot of extra expenses during the day (drinks at the restaurant, life jackets and lockers at the Cenote…) It was very disappointing! Because we waited so…”

“The cenote and tour at chichen itza were all great, and well guided. When getting picked up from Playa Del Carmen, the excursion is closer to 15 hours total than 10-12 due to the out of way pick ups in Tulum (which takes up the first few hours of the day). There’s also a lot of forced gift shop time that’s a bit tiring. If in budget, I’d suggest a private tour that goes more directly”

“This is one of the most well organised excursions we have ever been on. Beto - our tour guide - was a blissful combination of both highly knowledgeable and very funny, he made us laugh throughout the day and made the trip much more of an enjoyable experience. The coach was very spacious and comfortable, and had decent air conditioning throughout. Although the pick up time is super early, it is worth it to get to the experiences before other groups swarm in and the heat picks up.
