“Miguel was an amazing guide, and the structure of the tour was also great. His knowledge of Mayan history and culture brought the ruins to life. He was able to answer all my questions, and he was very personable. The cenote was spectacular, which was one of the reasons I chose this particular tour. It's a lot less crowded than some others, which is what I had read while comparing the different tours offered. The lunch was excellent and in a beautiful setting.”

The shuttle came to pick us up at 6:40am as planned but then, they dropped us off in a mall where we had to wait more than 2h!! “Distance hotel to park is 20 minutes but outward leg took 3 times longer including sitting on the bus in a random street for over 25 minutes while they collected other guests. Result was losing a valuable hour as we rushed through park trying to avail of as many attractions as possible. Lunch looked great but we had to bolt it down, hardly enough time to eat.
