“I had an amazing first time experience on this adventure! The zipline was way more fun than I expected! The ATV's was pretty rough but I truly enjoyed it. The tequila tasting was very informational. The performances were amazing to watch and very entertaining. The cenote, was not for me. My top latch on the life jacket came off when I jumped in and I panicked. I recommend that you all check every one's life jacket for safety issues and defaults.”

When getting picked up from Playa Del Carmen, the excursion is closer to 15 hours total than 10-12 due to the out of way pick ups in Tulum (which takes up the first few hours of the day). There’s also a lot of forced gift shop time that’s a bit tiring. If in budget, I’d suggest a private tour that goes more directly”

“What an amazing experience! Joaquin and the captains of the Picis were awesome! Joaquin was excellent on explaining what to expect and what to do when we arrived where the sharks were. He spoke 3 different languages so fluidly and kept everyone on the same page. I personally got very sea sick. The Captains and Joaquin knew exactly what to do to help me out and get me feeling better ASAP! We then stopped near Isla Mujeres for a brief snorkel. It was very cool to see all the different coral and fish just coexisting. We then had lunch and loaded back up to head back to the harbor. 5…”

“First off Jarrett was amazing! He was a wonderful tour guide. He made the tour much better than it was. He was very knowledgeable and a fun character. However, this tour lacked tacos. For a four hour tour that cost for two $380 can, we ate a total of 6 tacos. We stopped at a grocery store and had a hour of walking on 5th ave by ourselves in that time span. Thats not why we went on a “Taco” tour. It was an experience because of Jarrett but wouldn’t recommend or do again.”

“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

The waters were rough so we couldn’t go out to sea, but we used the paddle boards and snorkeled and had a blast. I would certainly recommend them time and time again.”
