“Great tour! Offering was clearly advertised, ride pickup from our hotel was communicated multiple times. We lucked out and had a perfect weather day. Snorkle and soak time was just enough. The boat crew was very fun, attentive, and gave tips on how to explore the island once we got there. Lunch provided was more than we'd expected and better than many other tours we've experienced.”

“We drove ourselves. Semi valet parking, check in was like everything else with lots of people. Crowded but organized. In my very humble opinion, this was OUR party boat. It didn’t seem like many other people wanted to party but with the good music my husband and I danced and drank the entire way. Husband said snorkeling was a bit rushed and there wasn’t much to see (I didn’t do it). Buffet was decent. Understanding that all boats stop at this location, their purpose is quantity over quality. “Great tour! It was nice to only have a small group (about 6), there were two groups which set of on separate boats. Both of our crew were lovely and friendly. The water is beautiful, both areas we swum in were crystal clear. We also had plenty of time, it didn't feel rushed at all. Only thing to note (which I wasn't aware of) is that you can't wear sunscreen in the lagoon, you're asked to shower when you arrive if so. Some people had long sleeve tops to swim in, which I'd recommend as I got quite sunburnt.”

“The trip was beautiful. It was fun and the snorkeling was cool. The transportation was a little confusing but it ended up working out. At the end of the excursion the workers were hassling for pictures and hassling for tips. I mean really pushing. We didn’t enjoy the pictures and weren’t interested. They made the entire group uncomfortable because they were not happy with the tip, even though it wasn’t my group that didn’t tip well. “This sailboat tour was such an amazing experience. We visited several cenotes, were able to jump out of the boat at different times to go swim and explore the area, and relax on the boat with fresh juice, fruit, and beer. “We enjoyed out boat trip very much. Once we got to the location, everyone was welcomed professionally, were checked in and received a color coded ticket so we knew which boats to board. Our guide Jose’s English wasn’t the best (Spanglish as he called it) but was very cheery and enthusiastic, and really tried to convey the information about the lake while boating us around which resulted in some hilarious moments. The drinks were nice and cool, with various options to choose from. One star deducted due to not being available to contact them prior to the booking.
