“I have marked the trip down as the operator messed up and tried to collect us from the wrong hotel, with a very similar name but about 45 minutes bus journey away! Whilst they were able to put us on the trip on the following day, it was pure good fortune that they had capacity and we were not otherwise engaged and we suffered considerable distress, especially when we thought the error might have ours not their's and that we might miss the trip completely and lose our money. I would rather have longer guided as the ruins do not have explanations on them. It says on viator that the tax is $25 usd but the day of tour, they said it is $29 usd and not sure why it says $25 usd on viator. I think you should get it updated. “Spent a day in January. Got picked up timely from Playa del Carmen and upon collecting another couple, we headed out to Coba. This was really nice to see a site which is well maintained. The old structures are well preserved and interesting. We then made our way to Punta Laguna and enjoyed a jungle trek looking for Monkeys. The guide found us some to see which was good. After the zip line fun we grabbed a nice lunch and finished with a deep cenote. Would recommend this tour company and the guide Alonso, it was good to learn of the local culture and the challenges faced by the communities.”

“We took this tour on the 28th of December 2024. The pick up was from LA ISLA and had a smooth start. The tour guide was conversing in Spanish and English alternatively though it was difficult to follow his English but was manageable. We had 35 degrees Celsius outside that day and then we find that the Air conditioning on the bus is not working for the middle to rear seats of the bus.
