“It is a really cool tour but you are not allowed to bring your phone to take any pictures during the trip because they have their own photographer and the offer is over 40 Dollar per person for the photopackage which feels like a total rip off. Also EVERYONE is asking for tips and extra money, which is really not ok, since the package should cover all the services. Insurance package comes extra, sodas come extra for the lunch etc. Etc. We were still happy that we did it but it could be better organized. Shout-out to our driver Nachiin Alvarez, he was incredibly nice and gave us great recommendations…”

The zip line tour guide did a great job explaining how to do the zip line. The horse riding tour was great horse was calm and well trained. The cenote was cooling and the sliding zip line into the cenote was fun. The food at the end of the tour was great. They also provide locker for 5 dollars fee and atv insurance 5 dollars. A penny and the videos looked like my 3rd grader could of done a better job to this day I’m still pissed that I have no pictures memories of my first zip line and atv adventures and to make matters worse they charge you an amount then they tax you 16% to where when you check your bank…”

Our guide was great and the drivers were great. Just felt like there was some misleading advertisement with the experience.”

Spent the rest of the time sitting and waiting for the others to finish what was supposed to be our ride time. 6 zip lines is not correct. There were 3 short ones. Cenote was as expected. ATV was ok. No free time, just slowly follow the leader in a single line. Lunch was included (2 tacos), but only fish and pork. They have beef or chicken, but up-charge you $9 for those. You finish with a sales pitch for their tequila and photos. They don’t allow cameras or phones and picture prices are high.…”
