“We enjoyed our e-bike and snorkle excursion. The meeting spot is a short walk from the Carnival port which we enjoyed because we wanted to walk around town a little. Our group was just our family of 6 (ages 14-49). We loved biking in the dedicated bike lane with our guide, Jony. The bikes are easy and fun to ride. The snorkle time at Sky Reef was also fun. We saw several different types of colorful fish. The current was a little strong that day so it did take some effort to swim back to the stairs at the beach once we finished. However when we arrived the Beach Bum staff could not find my Viator itinerary or Booking number for previously paid tickets. We had to pay cash to be able to enjoy the excursion which honestly is a huge disappointment”

“This E bike tour is on a Path that only has potholes and bumps. It is impossible to enjoy the ride. We are avid bike riders, and can handle some roads like this, but this was the entire ride. Also, the lunch that was included was horrible. After Placing our order for food, they came back 40 minutes later to tell us they had no fish for fish tacos. We never received any snorkeling equipment, and we think the tour operator just forgot this. We were 14 people and perhaps they could not accommodate the size of our party, however, they should’ve told us that. I would not recommend this…”

“Fun & fantastic!! A guide, Antonio, that made our day with fun facts about Cozumel but also answered any of our questions. The bikes were easy to ride, more like a scooter, you don't have to use the padels at all. They go REALLY fast! For all ages, within the companys rules & regulations. Antonio even went snorkeling with us and showed us different fishes and a small lobster. He's always calm and tries his best! The food was great, you choose from 3 options but pay for drinks. Tequila testing was fun and gave more knowledge about the process. We recommend this trip to others!!Read more”
